Delete your account
This permanently removes your personal information from First Push NZ. You get 7 days to change your mind.
What happens
Right away you're signed out everywhere. 7 days later the deletion happens. Sign in again at any point before then and it's cancelled and nothing is lost; we won't send you anything else in the meantime.
Then removed: your email, mobile number and date of birth, your profile, your direct messages, notifications and notification devices, your feedback and room requests, ratings, and any unused coupons. You can't sign in to this account again.
Kept, with your identity removed: payment and booking records (the law requires us to keep these for at least 7 years), reports and moderation history, and what you said in room chat under your anonymous session name. See the privacy policy.
You can sign up again later with the same email, but you'll start from scratch.
